MEDICINE BALLS

Medicine balls are great for both power & strength. During our virtual HIIT workouts, we’ll look at aligning your body, coordination, balance, and gaining more explosiveness.

Here are some that the team uses at this time. Choose one that fits your goals;

RESISTANT BANDS - REQUIRED*

Resistance bands help support your externally so your muscles are able to work against it for growth. Whether you’re pushing, pulling you’re engaging your muscles to fight the tension. 

Here are some that the team uses at this time. The variations of the bands support you by the type / amount of resistance. We always recommend choosing ones that are an entire set. You’re able to control and change the amount for every workout. Choose one that fits your goals;

LADDERS

Mastering ladders support your body to work on developing fast footwork, perform with better agility, and become more elite!! These are wonderful for warm-ups, supporting full-body workouts.

SWISS BALL

The Swiss exercise ball is able to support you through various exercises with varying levels of difficulty. These are uses for athletes and lifestyle clients that need more structure in both toning and improving muscles. Our HIIT classes utilize this increase better mobility and positioning.
