Holiday Health Tips

How to stay (kinda) on during the Holidays

The holiday season can be a very trying time for those of us who are either trying to get fit or hold onto the progress we’ve been making through 2018.

Thankfully, we have six handy tips that should hopefully help you to make it through the festive period without going up too many notches on your belt!

Stick to Your Routine

The importance of a solid routine in fitness and life in general cannot be denied, and it can serve as an anchor during the Christmas period to prevent you from veering too far off course.

Make a concerted effort not to skip a single workout, and if you are eating some naughty extras then remember that you’ll have even more energy to fuel those weights sessions and smash through previous strength plateaus.

Even if you manage to burn much fat you should have no problem adding some extra muscle!
