You won’t meet a coach more competitive than me. We prep for wins – I will not let you on stage unless you are truly ready to be competitive there

We will take as much time as needed to build your physique to a stage winning one before we put the pedal to the metal

*IFBB ATHLETES please email me your inquiry prior to filling out the application. Include pics, division, target show*

Coaching with me includes:

*Meal plan or macros (whichever you prefer, my more muscular athletes will be meal plans)

* Supplement guide

* PED help (if applicable to your goals)

* Training

* Cardio

* Bloodwork assessment and fixes

* Weekly training videos assessments

* OFF SEASON AND GENERAL HEALTH: Bi-weekly biofeedback and physique check-ins. More often updates directed by me as needed

* CONTEST PREP: check-ins weekly or multiple times per week when needed as directed by me. Multiple times per day check-in during peak week

* Posing help and advice

* Communication whenever needed via WhatsApp

* Revive, Raw, ProTan, toxic angels, CJs elite suits special TM discounts

* Extreme peak week communication

* Bi-weekly team zoom calls

* Help with suit selection and make up / hair recommendations for my females

* I travel to all pro qualifier shows and 6 NPC regional shows in TX per year. If you choose to do those shows, I will be there!
