Hannah is your resident TeamMihaly badass VEGAN coach. She is an experienced figure competitor with the OCB and NQ NPC bikini competitor, but she is an even more experienced coach, having worked 1 on 1 with more than 500 people over the course of her career thus far. Hannah works with both competitors and lifestyle clients alike, ranging from beginner to advanced. She believes in the power of food, hardcore training and scientific methods when developing protocols for her clientele. One of the biggest perks of choosing Hannah as your coach is that she has a massive portfolio of experience working with both omnivorous athletes and herbivorous athletes, and would love to help you regardless of which column you fall under. She’s here to push you to greatness no matter what your goal is, and will be your biggest cheerleader while also delivering tough love as needed. There’s nothing we can’t do as a team!
